The big picture is that we aim to renovate the property on the corner of Pump street, so that it becomes an asset to the local economy and infrastructure and a lovely home. The best laid plans don’t usually survive the first battle. This is why this site has been set up. We will outline our intentions and progress ( or lack of ) here.

I will say from the outset that we are not professional developers. We will be doing a mixture of contracting work out and doing some ourselves. I am already daunted by the task but have a genuine interest in the area and making this work.

At present ( 01/03/24 ) there will only be remedial essential work being done. In order to stabilise the structure and prevent water ingress.

You may start seeing much more activity taking place as we get services reconnected and carry out essential initial work.
