17th May 2026: I thought that I would add this post to see if there is any interest locally with this building. My time frame has been elongated quite substantially, due to what seems a very long and expensive planning process required to get the permissions needed to renovate the building.
I would like to explore options with interested parties in order to speed up the renovation process and get this building earning.
If you have a commercial/domestic premiss requirement in Brixham or a reason to want to get involved in this building and project. Or you can see an investment opportunity, then I would love to hear from you.
Nothing is off the table at this point so I would be happy to consider ideas that help progress this renovation.
